Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a bid and marketing support specialist in Dubai to lead tender submissions and shape the design of each bid. You will coordinate content across teams and ensure timely, high-quality submissions with professional finishes.

The role involves researching client priorities, keeping marketing materials up to date, and supporting internal communications. Strong InDesign skills and layout sense are essential.

Qualifications

• Bid, proposals or marketing experience with a main contractor or fit out contractor.
• Strong InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator skills are advantageous.
• Excellent written English with a good eye for layout.
• Organised, deadline-driven and able to manage multiple bids.

Working with a Tier 1 contractor delivering build and fit out projects across the UAE, supporting the Bid and Marketing Manager through the full tender process from client enquiry to final submission.

• Lead and prepare tender submissions, mid bid and client interview presentations
• Set the design direction of each bid and build the background spreadsheets
• Research clients so each submission speaks to their priorities
• Chase content from across the business and hold the team to deadlines
• Deliver every bid on time and to a professional finish
