Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Bid Coordinator to support the Bid & Marketing Manager in designing and coordinating tender documentation and presentations. You will manage multiple submissions monthly, research client needs, and ensure each bid meets the highest standards while aligning with ATS brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Management required.
• 10 years' experience in construction/fit-out industry.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bid & Marketing Manager with tender bid documentation and presentations.
• Coordinate 20+ tender submissions per month.
• Prepare mid bid and Client Interview presentations.
• Lead preparation of tender submissions and presentations as needed.
• Conduct client research to tailor bids to client needs and values.
• Design background spreadsheets and prepare data for bids.
• Ensure timely and professional bid delivery.
• Maintain and archive marketing collateral and calendars.
