Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Tender Manager to oversee multi-country Gulf bids, ensuring on-time, accurate, profitable techno-commercial proposals in a global, consistent format.

You will lead the full bid management process, coordinate with cross-functional teams (execution, finance, contracts, procurement, risk, legal) and drive cost/price analyses to deliver winning offers within governance.

Qualifications

• College degree in electrical/electronic/IT engineering with 8–10 years of experience.
• Experience on large projects in data centers and real estate.
• Strong knowledge of DDC and PLC based Building Automation systems.
• Experience with EPC and BMS market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse RFQs from customers and lead bid management end-to-end.
• Assist Account Manager during technical and commercial clarifications with clients.
• Follow Schneider Electric Tendering governance process and participate in reviews.
• Prepare design schemes, BOQs, and costing estimates based on requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including execution, finance, contracts, procurement, risk, and legal.
• Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for costs and prepare offer documentation.
