Job summary

Medtronic in Dubai seeks a Tender Manager to lead end-to-end tender lifecycle management from opportunity assessment to submission, pricing, and post-submission clarifications. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to ensure compliant and competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills and experience with ERP/CRM systems, and the ability to manage multiple tenders against tight deadlines while maintaining

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end tender lifecycle management including opportunity qualification pricing development documentation submission and post submission clarifications.
• Familiarity with UAE procurement practices tender portals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end preparation analysis and submission of tenders, proposals and bids in line with company strategy and policies.
• Coordinate activities from initial opportunity assessment through pricing documentation submission and post submission clarification.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Pricing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain and Marketing to align tender strategies.
