Job summary

7X in United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Manager – Tender Management to lead the end-to-end tender and bid process across the group. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review technical and commercial documents, and ensure timely, compliant submissions.

The role requires 8–10 years in tender management or related procurement, strong governance understanding, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in tender management, bid management or procurement.
• Experience handling complex tender submissions and government tenders.
• Strong governance, procurement processes and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with tender systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tender lifecycle from notification to post‑award.
• Develop bid plans, timelines and submission schedules.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and admin tender documentation.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant and timely.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations and stakeholders.
• Lead bid review meetings and action follow-ups.
• Review pricing and commercial documentation for completeness.
• Maintain tender governance, approvals and templates.
• Track tender pipeline and outcomes; prepare management reports.
• Identify improvements and support automation initiatives.
