Job summary

Technogym S.p.A. is seeking a hands-on Tender & Buyer Specialist (Arabic Speaker) in Dubai to coordinate RFx submissions, edit tender documents, and manage a bid library. The role focuses on timely, high-quality responses and commercially sound tenders.

You will drive timelines, analyze tender data, and work with vendors to optimize costs while ensuring compliance. Strong Arabic skills and procurement experience are required for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in procurement and tender/RFx roles.
• Arabic language is mandatory.
• Government & military tenders experience is a plus.
• Advanced MS Office and CRM experience.
• Ability to communicate at all levels and present.
• RFx completion experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFx process daily with high submission quality.
• Oversee pre-tender sign-off at appropriate authority levels.
• Create and manage timelines for each bid response.
• Maintain and update the tender library and materials.
• Report tender win/loss rates and values at meetings.
• Identify potential suppliers and perform market research.
