Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient in Dubai seeks a capable Sales Operations Assistant with strong MS Office 365, Power BI, and CRM experience to support the Head of Sales CB/PW and related teams. You will help organize events, reporting, travel, and meetings, ensuring accurate data and smooth coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher preferred in Business Administration or related field
• Proficient with MS Office 365 apps; Power BI experience required
• Strong strategic problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English; capable of executive-level communications

Responsibilities

• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports.
• Support Head of Sales CB/PW and Head of Solution Sales CB/PW and COM in daily activities
• Assist sales team with events, meetings, travel, and customer visits
• Coordinate travel and visa arrangements per GDFZE policy
• Support monthly revenue reporting and data consolidation with MEA leadership
• Assist in Salesforce revenue tracking and pipeline updates for MEA opportunities
