Mashreq is seeking an experienced Telesales Team Lead to manage a high-performing telesales group in Dubai. You will drive target achievement, design and implement sales strategies, and ensure data-driven performance reviews to boost productivity and efficiency.

You will coordinate campaigns, optimize lead generation, and coach agents to sustain strong conversion rates while aligning with company objectives and customer service standards.

• Ensure efficient execution of projects and goal setting sessions.
• Recruit, train, certify and deploy Telesales Agents.
• Design scripts and optimize campaigns for lead generation.
• Plan shifts, lists and capacity to sustain conversion levels.
• Coach, monitor and provide feedback to agents.
