Responsibilities include CRM data maintenance, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service. UAE National (Emiratisation) is noted in the candidate pool.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on assigned leads to generate sales.
• Handle inbound sales enquiries, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable products or services.
• Promote and explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers to potential customers.
• Convert prospects into customers by effectively handling objections and closing sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Prepare and share regular sales activity and performance reports with the reporting manager.
