Job summary

Justlife Home Services is seeking a Telesales Executive (Outbound) in Dubai to turn warm leads into booked services. You will spend your day on the phone with prospective and existing customers, making outbound sales calls, handling inquiries, pitching services, and closing deals on the call.

The role is in-office, six days a week in Dubai, with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly targets. If you thrive on targets and enjoy persuasive conversations, join our growing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales calling experience with a B2C company.
• Currently based in Dubai; this is an in-office role with no remote option.
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or above.
• Comfortable operating a CRM system day to day.
• Resilient and target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes.
• Available to work 6 days a week, on-site in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound enquiries to convert leads into paying customers.
• Pitch Justlife's services confidently, matching the right package to each customer's needs.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close on the call.
• Log every interaction accurately in the CRM and keep your pipeline clean and up to date.
• Follow up consistently on warm leads, and re-engage lapsed customers.
• Hit and exceed your monthly sales targets.
