Job summary

Real Estate Masters Dubai is seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Executive for our sister company operating in the forex industry. You will contact prospective clients, introduce trading services, and support onboarding from opening to activation.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to build relationships through consistent follow-up. Immediate joining and visa support are included in the package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English.
• Confident telephone manner with listening and persuasion skills.
• Previous telesales, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Forex or financial services experience is an advantage.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-approved leads.
• Introduce the company’s forex trading services, platforms, and account options.
• Understand client interests, answer general enquiries, and qualify potential leads.
• Explain account opening requirements and coordinate with the onboarding team.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain professional client relationships.
• Record calls, client feedback, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow company compliance procedures, communicate trading risks accurately, and avoid promises of guaranteed returns.
