Role Description

The Telemarketing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading and overseeing a team of telemarketers to drive lead generation and support sales objectives. This position manages daily calling activities, assigns targets, monitors performance, and ensures adherence to scripts and compliance guidelines. The supervisor coaches team members, provides regular feedback, and conducts training to improve communication, customer service, and conversion rates. The role also involves analyzing call metrics and campaign results, preparing reports for management, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. The Telemarketing Supervisor handles escalated customer interactions, maintains high-quality service standards, and supports continuous improvement of telemarketing processes.
