Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a telemarketing team to drive lead generation and support sales objectives.
Manage daily calling activities, assign targets, monitor performance and ensure adherence to scripts and compliance.
Coach team members, provide feedback and conduct training to improve communication, service and conversion rates.
Analyze call metrics and campaign results and prepare reports for management.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and handle escalated interactions.
