Job summary

SkyWing Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Telesales Specialist (Real Estate) for a full-time, on-site role. You will conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants and investors, present property offerings and qualify leads for the sales team.

You will maintain detailed CRM records, follow up on leads, support marketing campaigns, and work with sales agents and management to optimize conversions and deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills with telesales, lead generation and conversion.
• Excellent communication in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is an advantage.

Role Description

The Telesales Specialist (Real Estate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The specialist will conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants, and investors, presenting property offerings and qualifying leads for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include building rapport with clients, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information on listings and off-plan projects, and scheduling viewings or meetings with property consultants. The role also involves maintaining detailed records in CRM systems, following up on leads, supporting marketing campaigns, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The Telesales Specialist will collaborate closely with sales agents and management to optimize conversion rates and enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales skills with a focus on telesales, lead generation, and conversion in a real estate or related environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including fluent spoken English and professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of additional languages, such as French or Arabic, is an advantage.
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.
• Training mindset, with the ability to absorb product and market knowledge quickly and apply guidance from management to improve performance.
• Previous experience in real estate, telesales, call center operations, or business development is preferred.
• Comfort working with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and basic office software.
