Role Description The Female TeleCaller role is a full time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Female TeleCaller will make outbound calls to prospective clients, respond to inbound inquiries, and provide information about available properties and real estate services. Daily tasks include updating lead databases, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and following up with potential and existing clients to maintain engagement. The role also involves capturing accurate client details, understanding customer needs, and sharing feedback with the team to improve outreach strategies. Female Tele Callers are expected to meet calling and lead generation targets while maintaining a professional and courteous communication style.
