Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a Service One Agent – Telecommunications to join our luxury hospitality team. You will handle guest calls, messages, wake-up calls, and room telephones, ensuring timely, accurate service and excellent guest experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years in a five-star hotel, exceptional communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend work and a multinational, upscale setting are part of the position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a five-star hotel
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsabilités

• Answer calls promptly and professionally using standard English phrases
• Manage messages, wake-up calls, faxes, and guest requests with timely follow-up
• Record and hand over information accurately; ensure guest satisfaction
• Operate Service One and HotSOS; monitor shift handovers and data updates
• Program telephone lines and report faults to the manager
