We are aggressively onboarding a high-energy, relentless Female Junior Tele-Sales & Executive Assistant to anchor our business operations and sales pipelines.

Key Operational Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-velocity outbound B2B corporate sales calls via Zoho CRM to promote, pitch, and close our diverse range of technology solutions and automation packages.
• Act as the central operations and organizational anchor, directly assisting the CEO in organizing daily tasks, mapping client ideas, and tracking project statuses.
• Manage freelance field engineering technician deployment schedules and coordinate client onboarding timelines.
• Dispatch professional estimates, and digital contracts, and track client payments and deposits through Zoho Books.

Requirements & Candidate Profile:

• Highly professional verbal fluency, sharp presentation skills, and strong negotiation capabilities in English.
• Driven, target-hungry mindset with absolute comfort making daily outbound corporate sales and cold/warm calls.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a strong ability to manage software boards and coordinate teams.
• Immediate availability to start full-time with zero notice period.
• Valid UAE Driving License and personal vehicle is an advantage but NOT mandatory for this office-based anchor role.
