Job Summary

We are seeking a highly resourceful, sharp, and execution-oriented Business Development & Operations Coordinator to serve as the founder's right-hand. In this role, you will not just follow instructions - you will be the engine of our daily operations. Your primary focus will be hunting for B2B leads, setting up high-value corporate meetings, and ensuring our remote design/development teams deliver flawlessly.

Hybrid / Flexible. Work dynamically from modern co-working spaces, cafes, and on-site client meetings, with plans to move to a permanent corporate office as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Research potential corporate clients and government entities, identify decision-makers, and initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
• Meeting Coordination: Secure and schedule introductory consulting meetings for the founder with potential corporate clients.
• Operations & Team Alignment: Act as the central bridge between the founder and our remote technical teams (web developers and graphic designers), ensuring project requirements are clearly understood and deadlines are met.
• Proposal & Admin Support: Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading business proposals, company profiles, and quotation drafts in professional English.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or as an Executive/Operations Assistant (Startup experience is a massive plus).
• Communication: Native-level or flawless fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Visa Status: Candidates on Husband's/Father's sponsorship or an Employment Visa with a valid NOC are highly preferred.

Compensation

• Base Salary: AED 3,000 - AED 3,500 per month (based on experience).
