Job description

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process incoming inquiries for all products.
• Provide technical support to sales engineers, customers and associates locally for project approvals and order confirmation.
• Prepare pre-qualification documents such as submittals, compliance statements alongside quotations.
• Create and maintain pricing and costing analyses for the decision-making process.
• Maintain all required test certificates with validity dates and follow up for timely renewals.
• Create product catalogues and codes, sample boxes for new product range and update existing ones.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers based on customer requests using ERP software.
