Job summary

ADIC is seeking a Head of Talent Management to shape learning and development, retention, and leadership capability across the organisation. You will design in-house programmes, manage external vendors, and build a budget with measurable value.

Reporting to the Human Capital leadership, you will partner with all departments to align talent initiatives with Abu Dhabi's strategic priorities and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management.
• Strong grasp of instructional design principles.
• Familiarity with investment management language.
• Excellent project management instincts.
• Polished communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; CIPD/SHRM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning and development strategy and in-house training calendar.
• Strengthen succession planning, performance management and talent reviews.
• Drive talent and career programmes across the organisation.
• Champion Emirati talent development and national capacity building.
• Be a trusted partner across the business to enable performance.
