Job summary

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Abu Dhabi is seeking a technology-minded hospitality professional to support daily operation, maintenance and administration of hotel IT systems, applications and infrastructure. You will assist with system enhancements, software updates and technology projects that improve operational efficiency in a luxury environment.

• Experience with hotel IT systems and applications in a luxury environment.
• Familiarity with property management, POS and financial systems such as Opera, Micros and Sun Systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Support the daily operation maintenance and administration of the hotel's IT systems, applications and technology infrastructure.
• Assist in implementing system enhancements, software updates and technology projects to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to associates while ensuring onboarding and system access management.
• Partner with external vendors and support providers to resolve technical issues and maintain service continuity.
• Support hotel guests with internet connectivity and other technology-related inquiries for a seamless guest experience.

You have a strong understanding of hotel technology systems and applications within a luxury hospitality environment. You are experienced in supporting property management, point-of-sale, and financial systems such as Opera, Micros, and Sun Systems. You have a proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical solutions. You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
