Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking an Information & Technology Supervisor to maintain and enhance the hotel’s technology infrastructure, ensuring systems operate securely and efficiently in line with Rosewood standards. You will support associates and guests with technology needs and contribute to implementing new applications, hardware, and software solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel technology systems in luxury hospitality.
• Experience supporting property management, POS, and financial systems (Opera, Micros, Sun Systems).
• Strong analytical mindset with troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the hotel's IT systems, applications, networks, and infrastructure.
• Implement system enhancements and technology projects.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvements.

THE TEAM

As part of our Finance Division, you will join the Information Technology team, which plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of hotel systems, applications, networks, and technology services. Reporting to the Assistant Information & Technology Manager, you will work closely with operational departments, external support partners, and hotel associates to deliver reliable technology solutions that support both guest satisfaction and business performance.

YOUR ROLE

As Information & Technology Supervisor, you will help maintain and enhance the hotel's technology infrastructure while ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and in line with Rosewood Hotel Group standards. You will support associates and guests with technology-related needs, contribute to system improvements, and assist in the implementation of new applications, hardware, and software solutions. Through your expertise and proactive approach, you will help create a seamless and connected experience for both associates and guests.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Support the daily operation, maintenance, and administration of the hotel's IT systems, applications, and technology infrastructure.
• Assist in implementing system enhancements, software updates, and technology projects that improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to associates while ensuring effective onboarding and system access management.
• Partner with external vendors and support providers to resolve technical issues and maintain service continuity.
• Support hotel guests with internet connectivity and other technology-related inquiries, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have a strong understanding of hotel technology systems and applications within a luxury hospitality environment.
• You are experienced in supporting property management, point-of-sale, and financial systems such as Opera, Micros, and Sun Systems.
• You have a proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify practical solutions.
• You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and build positive relationships with associates, guests, and external partners.
• You communicate confidently in English and are passionate about delivering exceptional service through technology.
