Responsibilities

• Support in training architecture and curricula and learning pathways.
• Provide inputs to technical and behavioral training programs based on needs analysis and institutional objectives.
• Integrate technical training with Individual Performance Plan outcomes, competency frameworks and succession-planning requirements in talent management systems.
• Support in development and maintenance of plans to qualify internal technical trainers in specialized and critical fields to strengthen knowledge transfer.
• Manage technical training calendar with budget oversight and alignment to strategic capability priorities.
