Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority seeks an experienced HR training professional to design and implement technical training programs, align plans with performance objectives, and oversee learning center operations.

The role focuses on integrating curricula with development plans, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating with suppliers to deliver high-quality training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR.
• Requires experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in training operations and learning center management.
• Skilled in planning, delivering and evaluating training programs.
• Ability to create and manage individual development plans (IDPs).
• Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Understanding of organization’s business context and operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Support in training architecture and curricula and learning pathways.
• Provide inputs to technical and behavioral training programs based on needs analysis and objectives.
• Integrate training with performance plans, competency frameworks and succession planning in talent systems.
• Support development of plans to qualify internal trainers in critical fields.
• Manage technical training calendar with budget oversight and alignment to priorities.
• Implement training plans with units, ensuring schedules and targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers for training-related matters.
• Organize workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Provide day-to-day support to team members in training operations.
