Confidential is seeking a dedicated Technical Resourcing Specialist to support the ESP Business Unit with tenders and project-based staffing. You will proactively source qualified technical professionals, build a strong talent pool, and coordinate candidate submissions for tender requirements.

The role focuses on project mobilization rather than permanent recruitment, working closely with the TA team to ensure efficient sourcing and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical recruitment for engineering and project-based roles.
• Proven ability to source niche professionals across markets.
• Familiarity with tender/proposal processes and mobilization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ESP Business Head and project teams to identify manpower needs for tenders.
• Source, screen and shortlist technical professionals aligned with tender specs.
• Maintain a talent pool and candidate records for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate CV formatting/submission per tender requirements.
• Support project mobilization by coordinating timely resource delivery.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and governance.
