Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, the specialist will validate reported concerns, assist technicians remotely and on-site, prepare Quality Case documentation, and coordinate unresolved matters with the OEM. The position will also strengthen technical standards through coaching, failure analysis, and consistent follow-up.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in automotive repair or dealer service operations. A minimum of three years should have been completed as a Master Technician or in an equivalent advanced diagnostic position. A qualification in automobile, mechanical, or electrical engineering is preferred. Extensive and specialized training in electric vehicles may also provide the required technical foundation. The ideal candidate has practical experience with both electric and plug-in hybrid vehicle brands, including powertrain systems, electronics, onboard diagnostics, software-supported repairs, and modern fault-finding methods. Strong technical writing, structured problem-solving, and the ability to coach workshop teams are essential.
