Job summary

Eaton in Dubai seeks a Technical Support Engineer & Application Engineer to join our Emergency Lighting team. You will deliver technical support, troubleshoot complex lighting systems, and provide solutions to customers and partners, ensuring high satisfaction.

You will conduct product demonstrations and trainings, work with sales to capture requirements, and help maintain technical documentation while staying current with industry standards and local regulations in the Middle East.

Qualifications

Graduate engineering degree in electrical, mechanical or industrial fields.
Minimum 7 years techno-commercial experience in emergency lighting systems.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Dialux for lighting design.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot emergency lighting systems for customers and internal teams.
Conduct product demonstrations, trainings and technical presentations.
Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory standards for emergency lighting.
