Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Dubai seeks a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer & Application Engineer for the Emergency Lighting team. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot systems, and deliver demonstrations and training to customers and partners in the Middle East.

You will collaborate with sales to align solutions with customer needs, develop technical documentation, and stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements in emergency lighting.

Qualifications

• Graduate engineers with Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial background.
• Minimum 7 years techno-commercial experience in emergency lighting.
• Strong knowledge of emergency lighting systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to customers and internal teams regarding emergency lighting products and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to emergency lighting systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies in emergency lighting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for emergency lighting systems.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and technical issues.
