Job summary

Eaton in Dubai seeks a Technical Support Engineer & Application Engineer for the Emergency Lighting team. You will provide high-level technical support, troubleshoot systems, deliver demonstrations, and collaborate with sales to tailor solutions.

Requirements include a degree in engineering and 7+ years in techno-commercial roles, with hands-on knowledge of emergency lighting, AutoCAD or Dialux, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
Minimum 7 years of techno‑commercial experience, including extensive knowledge of Emergency Lighting Systems and applications

Responsibilities

Provide technical support, troubleshoot systems and expertise to customers and internal teams regarding emergency lighting products and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to emergency lighting systems.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers and partners.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs.
Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies in emergency lighting.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for emergency lighting systems.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and technical issues.
