Job summary
Fineksus is seeking a technically skilled consultant to join our Implementation & Support Team in Dubai. You will administer SWIFT and PayGate applications, participate in deployments and upgrades, and provide on-site or remote support during business hours and on-call rotations.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 2–3 years of experience in multi-tier IT systems, strong networking and Windows/SQL skills, and fluency in English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supporting multi-tiered applications or IT systems.
- Strong knowledge of IP Networking fundamentals.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
- Good working knowledge of SQL Database Administration (querying, maintenance).
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
- Cyber security knowledge is an asset.
- UNIX / Linux operating systems knowledge is an asset.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, interpret logs and system data, and identify root causes effectively.
- Agility: Capability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, customer needs, and evolving technical environments.
- Resilience: Ability to remain effective under pressure, especially during incidents, on-call rotations, and time-critical situations.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Quality Orientation: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering reliable, stable, and high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities
- Participating in day-to-day administration and management activities of SWIFT and PayGate applications.
- Participating in implementation, upgrade, and patch installation activities for SWIFT and PayGate applications.
- Monitoring SWIFT and PayGate applications to ensure high availability.
- Identifying problems and participating in problem management/resolution by collecting and analyzing necessary logs.
- Collaborating with the development team for testing of PayGate applications.
- Providing remote or on-site support services to our customers during business hours and after business hours (on-call rotation).
- Performing regular health checks on customer systems.
- Assisting with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning (BCP) solutions.
- Preparation of technical documentation and best practice guidelines.
- Providing technical guidance and best practice recommendations to customers.

We are currently seeking a motivated "Technical Consultant" to join our Implementation & Support Team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Implementation & Support Department Manager. As part of the role, the Technical Consultant will participate in an on-call rotation and occasionally perform on-site visits to customer locations for implementation, troubleshooting, or support activities.
