About The Role: As a Configuration Specialist, you will be part of our dynamic team based in Dubai, collaborating in a REMOTE environment. Your focus will be on delivering a seamless customer experience while configuring and supporting our IT solutions for a diverse client base. The role requires a proactive, hands-on approach and interaction with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Some High-impact Responsibilities You Will Be Entrusted With:

• Configure, test, and deploy IT solutions to meet client requirements and project goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, serving as a key point of contact for client queries and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and value creation.
• Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable insights and continual process improvements.
• Document configurations, best practices, and resolutions to build team knowledge.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects or tasks to consistently meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
