Job summary

Amzone International Limited seeks a technically strong and commercially driven Technical Sales – Elevators Engineer to grow the Elevator & Escalator business in the UAE. You will combine knowledge of elevator controls, drives and electrical/electronic components with customer support, technical sales and business development.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (E&E).
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in the Elevator & Escalator industry.
• UAE elevator industry experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Elevator Drive Division, covering technical, customer and commercial requirements.
• Develop strong technical expertise in elevator controls, drives and related electrical/electronic systems.
• Support sales of elevator control panels, HMIs, VFDs, drives and related components within the Elevator & Escalator sector.
• Provide technical support for testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and validation of elevator controls and drives.
• Work with Monarch, STEP and similar elevator control systems, supporting technical queries and applications.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product recommendations, technical solutions and demonstrations.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing elevator customers and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Support new customer development, lead generation and sales within the elevator controls and drives segment.
• Monitor customer requirements, market developments and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
