Lift Mart is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Supervisor to oversee service operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, and lead a team of technicians across multi-brand elevator systems. Qualifications

• UAE Driving Licence.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial.
• Fluent in English with Arabic proficiency considered.
• Experience in elevator service operations or service sales.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and well-organized with a strong focus on customer.
• Open to applicants from any location; GCC experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong aptitude for understanding and analysing customer needs to provide customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication including equipment safety and performance.
• Manage Third Party Brand Elevators.
• Experience in Troubleshooting elevator systems and resolving technical issues.
• Control of the field operations costs, callouts and service.
• Managing third party inspection visits and follow-up actions.
• Responsible for AMC, Repair and Modernization surveys.
• Should have experience in major repairs like rope changing, Sheave Pulleys, Gear box, Motors and drives.
• Resolve recurring or complex problems.
• Modernization of older elevator systems to newer technologies (controllers, fixtures, drives).
• Having knowledge of Multi-brand Elevator Control Systems and Troubleshooting methods.
• Accountable for the performance of assigned technicians and for their motivation and competence.
