Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of elevator products including HITACHI and BLT systems.
• Support sales activities by identifying potential clients and developing new opportunities.
• Conduct site surveys to assess requirements for elevator replacement or upgrades.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and product documentation for customers.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Process customer inquiries using CRM systems and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Participate in sales meetings, negotiations, and post‑tender discussions.
• Monitor sales opportunities and maintain reports using internal tools.
• Coordinate with technical teams to review drawings and submissions before client delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
