Job summary

As a Technical Project Manager, you will handle pre‑sales, integration, and performance, acting as the central point of contact and building technical solutions for customers.

Responsibilities

• Advocate best practices for customers and internal teams during implementation, and provide feedback to Product.
• Serve as the central point of contact, leading the integrated account team to deliver customer success.
• Partner with the business to review integration efficiency, quality of service, and keep customers engaged.
• Identify service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service delivery.
• Communicate with internal, external customers and partners to share information and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer‑facing role within the IT industry.
• Experience managing and delivering technical customer projects.
• Understanding of network, web performance, and application/network security technologies and architectures.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with customers at all levels.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
