Job description

We are looking for a Technology Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic technology initiatives for our client, a massive semi-government entity in Dubai. This role requires a strong track record of managing complex, enterprise-wide technology and application projects, with a particular focus on customer experience and CRM initiatives.

This is a 12-month renewable contract role within the Strategy & Value Creation team, responsible for driving the successful delivery of key technology projects across the organisation.

The role will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered against agreed scope, timelines, milestones and business requirements, while managing dependencies, risks, vendors and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide customer experience technology projects and CRM initiatives, including implementations, configurations, enhancements, improvements and migrations.
• Manage the full IT project lifecycle from planning and requirements through testing, UAT and implementation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and other multidisciplinary teams across the enterprise.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Manage the critical path and drive delivery against agreed project timelines.
• Lead testing, UAT, configuration, migration and implementation activities.
• Manage technology vendors and third-party partners, ensuring deliverables, timelines and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Manage CRM and customer experience technology improvements and rollout activities across business users.
• Support AI and AI/ML-related technology initiatives where applicable.
• Monitor project financials and commercial aspects of technology projects.
• Support change management activities associated with enterprise-wide technology rollouts.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple business units, technology teams and external vendors.
• Provide clear project updates and manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with senior stakeholders, department heads and programme/project teams to drive delivery.
• Strong experience delivering complex enterprise-wide technology, application, CRM and customer experience projects.
• Project experience must be enterprise-wide, involving multiple business units, large user groups and complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven experience with CRM implementations, configurations, enhancements, improvements and/or migrations.
• AI / AI-ML experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the full IT project lifecycle.
• Strong vendor and third-party management experience.
• Experience managing testing, UAT, configuration, migration and implementation.
• Experience managing critical paths, timelines and delivery milestones.
• Good financial and commercial understanding of technology projects.
• Strong change management awareness in technology implementation environments.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary technical and business teams.
• Technology-agnostic approach with a strong understanding of enterprise technology implementation.
