Responsibilities

• Advocate best practices during product implementations and relay feedback to Product teams.
• Serve as central contact for customers and lead the integrated account team.
• Partner with business units to ensure integration efficiency and high quality service.
• Identify service enhancements and potential problems to improve delivery quality.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and partners to share information.
