Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead autonomous systems programmes in Abu Dhabi. You will own delivery from development through production, coordinating hardware and software teams and external suppliers in a complex, government-backed deep-tech environment.

Based in the UAE, you will drive risk, budget and schedule while ensuring integration across robotics platforms, C2, mission planning and digital twin capabilities for deployment-ready systems.

Senior Technical Project Manager – Autonomous Systems | Abu Dhabi

We’re hiring several Senior Technical Project Managers for a government-backed deep-tech organisation in Abu Dhabi, leading complex engineering programmes across autonomous systems, robotics and advanced technology.

The role will take ownership of programmes from development and prototype through testing, industrialisation, production and deployment.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Budget, schedule, risk and delivery
• Multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware and software
• Suppliers, procurement and technical dependencies
• Moving complex systems from R&D into production-ready delivery

Relevant backgrounds include:

• Robotics, UAVs, UGVs or defence platforms
• Aerospace, advanced manufacturing or industrialisation
• Complex hardware/software systems integration
• C2, mission planning, digital twin or mission systems

This is not an enterprise IT, business applications or digital transformation PM role. Pure software or infrastructure delivery without a physical hardware component is not a fit.

We’re particularly interested in candidates already based in the UAE with strong technical project ownership and experience managing suppliers, engineering teams and complex delivery environments.
