TotalEnergies Group UAE seeks a fresh Mechanical/Chemical Engineering graduate or professional with up to 1 year of experience for a role in the Sales & Marketing/Technical support domain. You will manage formulation docs, coordinate with SAP/BOM, and contribute to QHSE and compliance activities.

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Office; exposure to Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collate technical documents such as Agreed Specs and MSDS for base oils and additives.
• Update formulation documents and shelf-life information for materials and products.
• Liaise with SAP regional team to troubleshoot code management issues.
• Coordinate with Production/QC to ensure formulation docs align with BOM in SAP.
• Create/update internal UMDS process track sheet.
• Assist in coordination for Change Management processes.
