Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all technical activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts and technical documents
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers and project teams for technical approvals
• Review and resolve design issues, RFIs and technical queries
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Manage shop drawings, material submittments, method statements and technical submissions
• Provide technical support to project teams and site operations
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, architectural and other disciplines
• Identify technical risks and provide effective solutions
• Monitor design changes, variations and technical impacts on projects
• Support value engineering and construction optimization
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with UAE standards and regulations
• Assist in project handover and final documentation

Qualifications

• Bacheloru2019s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical management for construction projects
• Strong experience in high-rise buildings, residential, and villa projects
• Proven experience with main contracting companies in UAE is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and engineering practices
