Job summary

Fletcher Piccolo Associates (FPA) is seeking experienced Technical Managers to join major contracting firms on large-scale UAE projects. Positions exist in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al-Khaimah, with a focus on villa and high-rise developments.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's in Civil or Architectural Engineering, bring 15-20 years of main contractor experience, and have proven delivery of sizable projects worth AED 650 million or more.

We are currently hiring for experienced Technical Managers to join several Main Contractors across multiple large-scale building projects in the UAE.

We are hiring for:

2 x Technical Managers - Abu Dhabi

1 x Technical Manager - Dubai

1 x Technical Manager - Ras Al-Khaimah

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• 15-20 years of experience, mainly working for main contractors.
• Proven experience as a Technical Manager delivering large-scale Villa or Mid-High-Rise projects, while working for a leading contractor in the UAE.
• Previous project experience of over AED 650 million.
