Job summary

Talents Tide seeks a Senior Architect (Technical) with extensive high-rise experience to join a prestigious UAE client. You will provide expert technical coordination, review contract documents, and supervise shop drawings and material submittals while ensuring compliance with Dubai regulations and green building codes.

The role requires strong leadership of architects, engineers, and draftsmen, with proven contracting experience in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of contracting experience.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and Green Building requirements.
• Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals.
• Strong coordination and contractual management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical architectural support across all project stages.
• Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents.
• Manage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building code.
• Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction.
• Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen.
• Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors.
• Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal log.
• Support QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variations.
• Ensure strong contractual compliance and technical coordination.
