Job summary

ELE Design Services is seeking an experienced Technical Design Manager to lead the Technical Design Department and drive delivery of execution-ready designs for high-end projects. This senior hands-on role covers the full lifecycle from kickoff to execution, collaborating closely with designers, leadership, contractors, consultants and clients.

• Proven experience in technical design management for fit-out architecture or interior projects.
• Background in high-end residential, hospitality, commercial or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and UAE building regulations.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and project coordination tools.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-driven and able to work under pressure.

• Ensure all designs are technically accurate, feasible and compliant with UAE regulations.

• Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections and resolve on-site technical challenges.

ELE Design Services is looking for an experienced Technical Design Manager to lead our Technical Design Department and drive the delivery of technically robust execution-ready designs for high-end globally recognised projects.

This is a senior hands-on role overseeing the full technical design lifecycle from project kick-off through execution working closely with designers studio leadership contractors consultants and clients.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the technical design process across multiple high-end projects

• Review and approve technical drawings shop drawings and joinery details
