Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and integrated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and Operations, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Review system architecture and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
• Drive technical design discussions, solution architecture, and technology selection for new initiatives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, compliance requirements, and engineering best practices.
• Participate in project planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and technical feasibility analysis.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and optimize deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.
• Monitor production environments, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures to improve system stability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production deployments while ensuring minimal downtime.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure system availability, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity through proactive planning and monitoring.
• Lead incident response during critical production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence within the engineering team.

Preferred Experience

• 9–10 years of experience in software engineering, technical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of databases, APIs, networking, security principles, and system integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and leading technical initiatives from design through deployment.
