Job summary

ML - Manpower in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced civil engineering professional to provide technical support for design and execution on complex projects. The role requires reviewing drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications, and coordinating with engineers, contractors and clients on site.

You will monitor progress, guide junior team members, perform site inspections, conduct quality checks, and maintain comprehensive project documentation to prevent delays and resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or Higher Technical Diploma.
• Additional certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role, with UAE experience preferred.
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
