Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves supporting technical coordination, reviewing drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with project standards, and assisting project teams in resolving technical and design-related issues throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure coordination and constructability.
• Prepare and review technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, and material submit.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding technical matters.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with project specifications, local authority regulations, and company standards.
• Assist in resolving design and technical issues during project execution.
• Support BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration when required.
• Monitor project progress and ensure technical deliverables are completed within deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of project-related technical information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical engineering within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and coordination processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit/BIM workflows is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE project experience is mandatory.
