ASSA ABLOY in Dubai is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Project Coordination specialist to align internal teams through the different project stages, from HW samples to testing, ensuring delivery within the agreed deadlines and quality standards.

You will resolve technical and time-sensitive queries with customers, partner with Sales to address concerns, and drive timely commitments while maintaining ERP data integrity across orders and shipments.

Qualifications

• Requires an engineering background or equivalent construction industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a related field/products.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Navision.
• Experience across markets and cultures preferred.
• Strong initiative, creativity and responsibility.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with internal teams (Order Entry, Technical, Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement and Logistics) through project stages.
• Manage SD drawings approvals and on-time delivery per customer deadlines.
• Resolve customer queries related to technical and delivery timelines.
• Support Sales in addressing customer concerns and delivery commitments.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering timely commitments and quality service.
• Keep ERP data up-to-date and ensure seamless data flow for order statuses.
