Job summary

Eiarits is seeking a Sales Executive – Tech to generate new business, pitch IT solutions, and close deals for software, web development, SaaS, or IT services in Dubai. You will identify prospects, understand their needs, and present tailored technology offerings.

You will manage meetings, prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure clear project requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services (web development, apps, software, SaaS, etc.).
• Confidence in client interaction and presentations.
• Ability to generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, or networking.
• Sales-driven mindset with target orientation.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads (B2B and B2C depending on company).
• Pitch and sell IT services/products such as software, websites, apps, or SaaS solutions.
• Conduct client meetings (online/offline) to understand requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and retention.
• Coordinate with technical team to ensure project requirements are clear.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
