Job summary

NMC is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Administrator in Abu Dhabi to administer core infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and File Server management. The role ensures secure identity management, IT governance, and reliable file services with strong incident resolution capabilities.

The candidate will design and enforce security policies, monitor AD health, and support business continuity through resilient infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in System Administration or Infrastructure Support roles.
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Administrator or equivalent Microsoft certifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Domain Controllers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Active Directory replication and authentication issues.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory Sites and Services.
• Conduct routine AD health checks and maintenance activities.
• Implement AD security hardening and compliance initiatives.
