Job summary

NMC GROUP SERVICES. is seeking a senior System Administrator to oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, and file services in Abu Dhabi. You will administer Domain Controllers, monitor replication, and implement security hardening to ensure reliable identity management.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in IT infrastructure, Microsoft certifications, PowerShell skills, and strong problem solving. You will work independently and as part of a team to maintain secure, compliant, and available IT

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified Windows Server/Azure Administrator or equivalent is required.
• Six plus years of experience in System Administration or Infrastructure Support roles.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices is essential.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent problem-solving and incident-management capabilities.
• Effective communication and technical documentation skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Domain Controllers
